Studies She has a degree in Clinic Psicology at the University Francisco Marroquin, Guatemala City. She is also a marriage councelour and conferencist. She started her passion for arts in 1976 studiyng drawing and color techniques. She was a disciple from Josefina de Polantinos, Lucrecia Aguilar, Manolo Gallardo and Jorge Mazariegos, Jr., among many others artists. 1990: Studies about color at University Francisco Marroquin and Escuela Nacional de Artes Plásticas. 1988: Member of the "Asociacion de Artistas de Boca y Pie del Mundo", Liechtenstein, Switzerland. Awards: 1996: 3rd. prize from the "Asociacion de Artistas de Boca y Pie del Mundo". 1994: "National Medal for the Woman" from the Ministerio del Trabajo y Previsión Social of Guatemala.
